These terms are an agreement between you and Owlwebs, which makes Elyt. By using Elyt you accept them.

Who can use Elyt

• You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
• Public communities are for people 18 and older.
• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details private.

Wellness, not medical advice

Elyt gives wellness and fitness information. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Scores, alerts and the coach's suggestions can be wrong. Talk to a doctor about anything that worries you, and call emergency services in an emergency. Family alerts are a convenience and must not be relied on to keep anyone safe.

The coach

Lumi, the coach, is written by AI. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong. Use your own judgement before acting on them.

Your band

Elyt works with WHOOP bands you own. Elyt is made by Owlwebs and is not made, endorsed or supported by WHOOP. WHOOP is a trademark of its owner.

Memberships and payment

• Pro is bought in the app through Apple. It renews automatically each month or year until you cancel in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before it renews. Apple handles payment and refunds.
• Black and Concierge are bought on the Elyt website, under the terms shown there when you buy.
• Trainer and nutritionist calls are booked inside your plan's monthly allowance and do not carry over.
• We may change prices for future renewals. We will tell you before a change applies to you.

Socials and what you post

• You own what you post. You let us store and show it to the people you choose, so Elyt can work.
• Be kind. No harassment, hate, sexual content, spam, impersonation or anything illegal.
• You can report or block anyone. We may remove posts and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
• Only share someone's health data with their consent.

Your data

How we handle your data is in our privacy policy. Your data is never sold, and only used for your health.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Limits on our responsibility

Elyt is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Owlwebs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Apple

If you got Elyt from the App Store, these terms are between you and Owlwebs, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Elyt or its support, and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
